SAT 25TH & 26TH OF MARCH 2023
GATES OPEN: 9:00 AM
EVENT CLOSE: 5:00 PM
AIRSHOW START: 10:00 AM
We are committed to making Hunter Valley Airshow 2023 as accessible and inclusive as possible and have put a huge amount of time and effort in to making sure everyone can enjoy the show! If you need any extra assistance, help finding any of the above, or have any questions while at the show please ask one of our wonderful Volunteers, Security Guards or staff in hi-vis vests.
Parking for NSW Mobility Permit holders is available near the event entry. Please display you permit on your windscreen, just like if you were parking in Accessible Parking anywhere else. Arrive via Broke Road then De Beyers Road (navigate to the corner of Grady Road and De Beyers Road in maps).
Shuttle Buses, the same as you would normally catch on public transport, will be equipped with ramps and wheelchair seating areas. These will operate from every stop. Due to the huge fleet of buses getting everyone to Hunter Valley Airshow, not every bus is accessible. If the first shuttle at your stop is not accessible, please let the Driver know and one will be sent to you.
Hearing Loop Audio will be available under a designated marquee area of the event which will be labelled on the event map. There will be signage on the marquee to show you where this is.
A Quiet Room walled marquee with seating will be available inside the event for guests who need a break away from all the action. This will be labelled on the event map. Please note that airshows are very loud events so while we’ve done our best, there will still be some noise from the event.
Golf Carts will be at the event to help guests with limited mobility get from the Accessible Car Park and from the bus drop-off location to the event entry.
Companion Card holders receive a free ticket to the event when accompanying a paid ticketholder. Show your Companion Card to the box office to receive the free ticket.
